I would again treat with rust buster let it soak overnight then try it it a hand or air impact wrench and allen wrench bit.

If that does not work I would remove the AFC and put it on its side and drill it out or try loosening it with a punch But would not drill it out on the truck YOU KNOW WHATS UNDER THAT PLUG good luck also I might try applying heat from a torch to it. The housing should expand differently from the plug.

I think the cap is aluminum,heat probably won't help much,try tapping on it with a hammer,also use Liquid Wrench,not W-D,it is more designed to penetrate.
 
No power, your cat is most likley plugged by now. In any event, it should perform better with out it.

Gene, I had to put a small breaker bar on my hex wrench to get it loose. Be careful to NOT lose the gasket.

Funny you guys mentioned the tight AFC Plug over the star wheel. I unscrewed mine yesterday and couldn't belive how tight it was. I didn't remember tightening that much. Its easy to over tighten apparently , Not sure why. I just snugged it this time. Maybe 5 ft lbs torque.

I removed my Kitty and I did get a slight decrease of EGTs. I probally need to go to 4" exhaust, more clutch, bigger injectors. Does the addiction every end?

475hp and 1050lb of torque on #2
530hp and 1140 with bullydog lpg maxed(only 55hp)
590hp and 1200 with lpg and nos
all done in 5th gear with 35's.
