AFE Airbox question

Hello all, can't figure out by the instructions or experimenting, exactly where the rubber gasket should start and stop, left to right??

just put it on and cut it where it meets a new angle... most important is the top.

If you haven't done it yet, look into the AFE "torque tube". Put this on wife's 2004. 5 last month. Already paid for itself by saving Bambi. When decelerating, the turbo whistle is pleasant to listen to in the cab, but I think it scared off two Bambi who were set on crossing the road. Don't know for sure, but I'll use it as justification for the expense
