AFE Intake Manifold

Bob,



Any chance of getting AFE to incorporate the two tabs into the back of the intake like the stocker has? I'm very limited in choice of intakes because I need the two tabs in order to mount my Glacier fuel filter. Would be great or is it to late?

It will be priced in line with the others on the market I am told. Of course the dealers will have some leeway.

When I first got involved with the intake they thought I would want blue or chrome but with this truck I decided to keep it simple under the hood.

Any updates on the intake? How's it doing over time and still holding up well? It sucks having little patience and having such a huge amount of urge to BOMB my truck more haha. Hopefully the 12-valve version won't be to much longer than the release dates. . any ideas?

It will be fit for the 2nd gens,I have a non I/C version at the house now but that will not be much help to match fit with the 2nd gen... ...

I finally got enough time to take a few pics of the new AFE intake manifold. The dipstick tube mounting is not stock set-up. I had to add the bracket due to the Carli shock tower brace. (Got to have a stiff front end :-laf)On stock applications it is a direct mount just like OEM.

The pictures are showing up on your quote. The flow #s were w/in 5 cfm of each other. I have not had a Cfm on my truck,I came close but the phone tag thing got in the way of that.

I prefer the aluminum construction and many ports available.
