AFE stage I or II?

My dad has an 04 3500 non ho. My question is will the AFE stage II work on this truck. I have seen that it is only for ho's. Is that true?

I thought all 2004s were considered H. O. 's



2004 was the 305/555 HO carry over from 2003. 5 w/o catalyst

2004. 5 was the 325/600 HO w/ catalyst

Works on all 2003+ trucks, still waiting for fit to be confirmed on the 2006 but most likely it does !

The 04 was sold with the HO or SO. California and a couple other states only allowed the SO. The move to the 04. 5 made the HO 50 state legal.
