AFE Torque Tube vs. Cool Blue Hose

Any one better than the other? I am thinking of replacing the stock tube and using an Amsoil EAA filter. I’m also thinking of drilling a bunch of 1” dia holes in the air box under the filter to help with air flow. Sometime in the future I plan to maybe go to a BHAF or AFE stg 1 or 2. My main goal here is soley more turbo whistle. I just took out the silencer ring a week ago and can notice quite a bit more whistle, but I want MORE!

I have the CBH and it is nice, installs easier, and seems like it gave a little more whistle, but I wouldn't spend the money if you are just looking for whistle. The who package did reduce EGT's and that was the main goal. Scotty

My stock turbo is pretty dern loud. heres some whistle enhancers i have used:

ats manifold

rpmoutlet 5" down pipe

no muffler or cat

big stacks with nice radius and set at 45 degree just above top of cab to get a slight vaccum at 70 mph or greater.

afe stage 2

downloaders

Quadzilla boost fooler

drop it down a gear (i have 48re) and for more 4wl in parking lot= more whine and attention

injectors

removed pass. headlight and use oem fog lights only at night (i can see perfect in country

techni cooler w/high ram

B99 biodiesel

walmart auto aisle cetane boost/injector cleaner in gray bottle that 1 gallon and treats like a thousand time more fuel than i can hold. dump the whole bottle in tank.
