Afe?

Well meaning guy at my dealers decided to clean my air cleaner for me. Only problem is he used a K&N kit to do it. Anybody know for sure if this will harm the filter? I took it off when I got home & installed my spare one just in case.

I don't think using a K&N filter cleaning kit on the AFE would hurt it but if your not happy reclean it with a AFE filter cleaning kit if you have one. They probably bascially use the same stuff just different names on it.
