Afraid to drive...Trans shift cable bushings

2005 2500 4 dr, 4x4, auto. Wanted to shift from R to D yesterday, but the trans ended up stopping in N, and the truck wouldn't move, and the shifter handle got real "soft" to shift. Found the shift cable end at the trans had disconnected from the pin on the bracket that goes into the trans. put it back in place, and everything is fine, HOWEVER, it is missing the bushing that secures it to the said pin. Cannot find anywhere that I looked last evening. Not even the dealer shows just the bushing; have to buy the entire cable. What has anyone found to fix this?

BTW... looks like I need the same kind of bushing at the transfer case pin as well.....
