Thought I would get more out of it but, I didn't. Got the codes P1691 and PO370 I think thats what the 2nd one was. Hard starts and cutting out while idleing or going down the road. Only took about 4hrs for the install and was easier than I thought. One thing that was almost a disaster was the fact that I barred the engine over to get it on TDC then removed the old pump. Now the key way is supposed to be at the 12 o'clock position right? Not on mine the key way was at 6 o'clock, I got real lucky the key way did not fall out. Except for having to pay just a little over a grand for a new pump all is well again and the truck is up and running like it always has.

I want to thank Joseph a TDR member in S. Texas for answering my questions about the install and the help he gave me. We do live on opposite ends of Texas but, his help was greatly appreciated. I had trouble getting the gear off the the shaft of the pump and his suggestion to use a torch did the trick.
