Do a search for King Klaw, they make the lightest steel bumper around that I found for the best money, and also has a space for a winch mount. It weighs around 275lbs.

I gave up looking for aftermarket rear bumpers. Those that I liked ie Ranchhand etc were way too expensive. I'm have one fabricated to my own specs at a local off-road shop at approximately half the price.
