I put the 3 piece ATS on mine, it wasn't really for any gains it was because the stock one was prone to cracking.

I replaced mine for basically the same reason as you george. However I did notice better throttle response and better spooling of the turbo, especially in the higher elevations around here. It's a very good peice to bolt an aftermarket turbo onto imho.

the aftermarket ones also are thicker, so it won't crack. I have a ATS, with no complaints
