Well, I'm ready to buy a full exhaust for my beast now. However, I am not sure what to go with??? I have read a lot of good things about MBRP, and I am thinkning about going with set of the 4" Cool Duals. Anyone have some feedback on MBRP? Also, I'm all ears on other suggestions, please give me any and all feedback you may have.

Thanks!

I am also intersted.

Has anyone tried the Jardine turbo back setup - its made by Doug Thorly and its pretty inexpensive.

Cool Duals

I put the 304 stainless Cool Duals on my 04. I really like the sound. It is relatively simple to install. You have to cut the center straight pipe if you have a short wheelbase quad cab 4x4. The sound is nice and deep but not an obnoxious drone on the highway. The stock exhaust is so quiet. I wanted to be able to at least hear the engine. The 304 system comes with the 5" stainless tips. This is the only mod I have done to my truck. Pretty soon I'll install a Goerend TC and leave the rest stock except for possibly an AFE intake. Good luck. .

Have the muffler cut out and keep the remainder of the stock exhaust. Saves a lot of $ and sounds great!

Me too so far but I got a REALLY good deal on the Jardine. We shall see how it works out.

HOw do you "cut out" the stock muffler? Remove it? I was thinking of replacing w/ straight pipe.

The other thing I need is a chrome extension. The exhaust tip is too short for duallys - black soot all over my nice white fender all the time...

Just bought the mbrp or. . mrbp... (sorry, too many rum and cokes). . from Mark at DPPI today. I will let you know what I think; however, the old lady already dosent like it and it is still in transit. She wants a bigger ring. I keep telling her " a diamond is just find and grind, but a well engineered part is hunderds of years worth of math and physics for just a few hundred bucks. " The guy on the phone(Darrel. . Derrick... Darrin. . sorry bad with names) was very helpful though.

By the way; what does the acronym mbrp... mrbp ... stand for?
