Technition today is defined as a dude that can follow the instructions on a computer screen.

A good example is we just got a 89 Jeep cherokee for $1,100 bucks because they said it needed a motor. Well, all it needed was to have the plug wires put back where they were supposed to be. They had checked it with a computer and if a wire is crossed it will show up as a bad cylinder. I guess they never thought to actually LOOK at it.

Runs great, looks good, and my youngest thinks I'm giving it to him. HA,HA,HA,HA!!!!!!! ya,, right

America, land of the free, and home of the largest capitalist socity in the world.

Where a man can play an acordian on the street corner, while his pet monkey will dance, and is thrown tips.

Where someone can make a living drawing pictures of Campell Soup cans, adn make millions.

Where the worlds most inovative ideas come from.

Where the leading science allowed us to walk on the very face of the moon.

Where everybody goes to school and learn the same things in history, math, and reading.

Where people are free to enroll in auto tech schools like Wyoming Tech, and others to learn about everything that goes into makeing a car/truck run, and run right.

But most importantly, where monoplys are outlawed!

Loving America and all the transmission choices I have,

TxDieselKid,

You've got it right! America is the greatest capitalist society of all... of which I am a budding consumer! You've got to do your part to keep the system going. As for monopolies, they only appear to exist on this forum... for now. :)

bob , i'm a little lost . i don't come here as often as i used .

this is really uncalled for , the person in question it seems got hands on training , a wise man from north of the border told me some of the best transmission techs he has seen had NEVER seen the inside of a transmission before .

competition is good , remember when DTT was the new kid on the block , they got no respect either .

ATS still has to prove itself .

mopar muscle, I have to disagree on your statement about DTT not getting respect in the beginning. In my opinion DTT got alot of respect from just about everyone on this board includeing me, it was when they choose to disrespect the other companies is when I turned my loyalty away from them.
