Aftermarket blind spot detector

Does anyone know of a good aftermarket blind spot detector for RAM trucks? I have the flip out tow mirrors. Or a better blind spot mirrors. Have a canopie on so am unable to see clearly out the back window.

2011 6.7 3500 Outdoorsman (SLT) MegaCab 4x4.

Flip up the tow mirrors, not much better out there!
