Aftermarket Brakes?

Does anyone know if there are aftermarket brake kits for our 3G trucks yet? With about 40k on my factory brakes, they are starting to fade. It is not that I am unhappy with the stock setup, but if there is a better aftermarket alternative then I want to know about it. If I have to replace something anyways, I would rather improve upon it if I can.

Do you mean brake pads, or calipers/assemblies? Other than top quality aftermarket pads I'd be hesitant to mess with the brake system.

I was thinking along the lines of pads and rotors, but if there are any brake upgrades out there that might be interesting I would like to hear about them.
