I just got done doing the sport headlight conversion yesterday and was aiming the lights according to the manual last evening and encountered a problem. Aiming the low beams went OK. But when I hit the high beam, I noticed the dirver's side beam aims considerably higher than the passenger side.
The manual has you aim the lights at a wall from 25', measure and mark the center of each headlight on the wall, then aim the "hot spot" of the beams a little below and to the right of the center mark. After doing this, the center of the "spot" from the high beam for the driver's side is a good 12 to 18 inches above the horizontal center line and about 12 inches to the left of the vertical center line.
For those of you who have checked/aimed yours, is this normal?
I've pulled the bulb and check it's seating in the housing. All appears normal. The bulb is the same I used in my original lamps.
TIA,
-Jay
