not very hard at all... just mount it somewhere, run power to it. . run a line from the discharge through a check valve and into a tank. from there, some solenoides to increase air/release air from the air bags connected to the hose that is currently with the air bags to air them up/down

I did just that yesterday. I had a set of Grover air horns that I mounted along with the compressor under the front bumper just in front of the drivers side tire. I mounted a 6 gallon tank from an old porter cable pancake compressor under the bed. I tied in the air valve that came with the air springs so I could fill the tank initially from my big compressor to make life easier on the little compressor. From the tank I fed a regulator that controls the air pressure to the springs. I left my regulator manual control since the only time I will inflate the air springs is when I load the camper.

I was able to mount the regulator and gauges under the hood in front of the windshield washer bottle next the the intercooler.
