2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Air bag light

I have approx. 66k on my 98 1/2. The air bag light came on about 100 mi. ago.

Is this something I can reset? Or do I have to take it to the dealer as the owners manual shows?

It is something you will have to take to the dealer or to a shop that a scanner with an air bag program. It is probably something simple like the clock spring in the steering wheel, it is fairly common in Dodge/Chrysler products. -Nicholas
