Air bags and Gooseneck

Is anyone running a gooseneck with firestone air bags.

The reason I ask is I had air bags on my truck and recently bought a &W gooseneck. When I went to install the hitch last nite I had to remove the air bags to get the hitch in place. Now it almost looks like the air bags can't go back in because it looks like the side braces from the hitch will be in the way. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running the Airlift bags with a B&W, no problems. When I inquired with Firestone about theirs, they kinda hee and hawed about the combo.

I have a B&W and Firestones..... no problem! Hitch was installed prior to the air bags, tow 15k with Companion hitch... . best setup.

I know of 3 trucks with a B&W hitch and Firestone bags. No problems that I know of.

I have the B&W with Firestones and no problems here. Put the bags in second also.

B&W turnoverball and firestone airbags seems that there was a slight modifaction to the air bag braketts love my turnover ball.

It will depend on what set of bags you have and what year the truck is. If you get the "no drill" set you should be OK look at the 2220 Firestone Industrial Products Company fo the '94-'98

I had to remove the Firestone air bags to install B&W hitch. Everything went back into place.

I had to add a washer to each side to even out the brackets and the hitch release handle needed a mild bend up to clear. The extra washers came with the bags I think one of them had the extra washers for the combo so the brackets could lap evenly. Its been a while... . Mine was the no drill hitch.
