Has anyone installed firestone ride-rite air bags on a 2011 SRW truck with a B&W Hitch installed? Is there any problem with the install?

I've got the Firestone bags and the B&W hitch. No Problem with the install. took me a couple of hours to put the bags in.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a turnover ball and it looks like it would interfere with airbags.

Sno_bound,
Could you post a picture?
Thanks

Here's some pics. there is no interference with the hitch brackets and the airbag setup, but the only thing that I ran into was the location of the driverside brakeline bracket that is welded to the inside of the frame, it is in the exact location that the support bracket for the air bag rests against the frame. so, what I did was just bend the tab on the airbag bracket in a touch and I also ground the welds on the brakeline bracket down a touch, so everything lined up with even pressure between the two brackets. You can see this in the one pic showing the brakeline. Have a close look and you'll understand. but other then that it's a piece of cake.

The one thing with the B&W hitch that i didn't like was that I found it set the ball too far forward for the short box on the megacab. So I bought the 4 inch extender. Gives me the added clearance for getting the trailer cranked around a bit tighter.

The Firestone airbags are great. Here's a couple of pics showing a load i pulled 500 miles cross country, I rolled the scales at 32,000lbs! and the bags only had 40lbs of air in them with alot of pin weight! Great smooth ride. A side note, my mpg was about 8. 8 on the overhead, running around 50mph on 1 lane roads, headed from north of Toronto, upto Cochrane, Ontario. At the time, the truck had about 16,000miles on the odometer. Great truck, I really don't think I need to step upto the new 800 motor, atleast not for a few more years. :-laf
