I have a B&W turnover hitch which clamps around the frame, my question is if anyone who has one has added an air bag system (such as Fireston or Air-ride) and what if any complications the brackets of the B&W has with mounting hardware of the bag setup,, or maybe the release handle of the hitch,, also has anyone modified the release handle ( sometimes hard to grab and pull)?

I won't own a B+W for above reason. However, you shouldn't run into any probs with the airbags. My AirLift bags mount over the axle right where the jounce bumper is... that's the little rubber bump stop thingy INSIDE the frame rails.

I don't know how much weight you plan on hauling, but the airbags are worthless if you plan on approaching their full rating. They just don't support the weight. For lighter loads they're beautiful.

The airbags don't get in the way of the hitch at all. There is absolutely no interference from one or the other.

I installed the air lift bags on mine w/ B&W setup and had no interference at all. My install looks about the same as Claytons pic. Bags mount at stock bumper location B&W mounting plate doesn't hang below top mounting point.

As for the ball release handle we did a little custom notch in the wheel well. Biggest complaint we here is hard to move the pin, a little lithium grease goes along way in this application.
