Well i got my new hood on Jan15and is it nice. Here are a few observations i noticed since Doug installed it. Iused to run 600 deg, in fifth gear, now it shows about 500 deg. it cools down a lot faster now too. But most of all i picked up 11/2 too 2 mpg. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. Respons

e is much better also. But most of all it looks real sharp. Iget a lot of thumbs up. Now for Doug. He is by far the easiest person i have dealt with. Igot in Pocatello a day early so i went too Dougs home just to see where he lived. We talked awhile and he invited us to stay overnight at his home. We already had amotel room so we declined his hospitality. Who else would do that? Any way i cant say enough about the man.

KUDOS TO DOUG HOFELDT. hOPE I SPELLED HIS NAME RIGHT!!!

Bob.

Bob- his name and ph. number are on the underside of the hood... :D

I have an aftermarket turbo which intruded into the intake horn area. No sweat, he whipsawed the horn and patched in a fix for me without missing a beat! Did you get the air dam as well? If I had to choose between the two, the air dam seems to be the most functional- I get gravel in the bottom of the air box. It works!Oo.

Hi Doug- if you're reading this.

Greg

Greg,Bob nice to here from you guys.

This winter my mileage has been down more then most winters and when I read Bobs post I realized why, my air bulldog air box's has been off. I got a new hose and will be getting it back on soon, the fuel price is killing me.
