Anyone having the same problem with the 03' Ram2500 Quad cabs air going warm on just the passenger side for acouple of seconds and then returning to normal? The only thing I can figure is that there are dual controls available from Dodge and mine is getting triggered somehow. Otherwise the truck has been great. Tows my 33 foot Fleetwood up the hills at 65.

I know it has been a long time since you posted this question, but my new truck does the same thing. Did you ever get yours fixed?

Mine will do the same thing. . I'll switch it to defrost for a sec and then back to the front and it will come out cold

Still the same althouigh its winter so I dont really know if it still exists. I did take it in to Dodge and they said that the coolant was low. This didnt make sence to me knowing a little about A/C and that if the level was low it wouldnt effect just the passenger side cooling. My side can be Ice cold and the passenger side can be hot at times. I have a feeling its a problem with the heater door assembly. The problem is during acceleration so I would think its a vacuume issue. Tough one but the good still out weigh the bad!!

Mine and my neighbors both did this until a recharge. We DON"T have dual zone ac. STAR said as much as 12 degrees differance from left to right was normal. BULL!!! I have thermometers in both sides now and its about a average of 2 to 4 degrees differance. I think the problem will return. This has been posted and discussed before.
