I just purchased an Airdog 100 and was looking for any installation advice. Tools needed, thread sealant?

Any advice tricks/tips Thanks for your help Guys:)

I recommend using the stock fuel canister if you get your fuel pump off of it for a stock looking install. Plus, you can run 2 filters for giggles (no need to change the canister one every 10K miles, maybe once a year)

Getting the hoses on the ends are always a little tough but work.

No sealants needed just a good hand tightening.

Start the line at the cp3, and work back as you zip-tie the fuel lines to the existing fuel and wire looms. Much easier to gauge proper fuel line lengths. I redid that specific line on mine cuz I felt it was a little short.

pay attention to long bends in the hoses when you routing supply, tank return and cp3 supply lines.

When drilling the tank, I suggest just un-bolting the bed and bracing it. Much easier then dropping tank. Try to keep the "straw" in the tank as close as possible. About the distance between your nail and pinky finger squished between the pipe and bottom. I re-did mine closer as I was drawing no fuel while stopping with only 1/4 tank. Now I'm to just when the fuel light comes on that I'm actually REALLY low on fuel.

Other then that, 2 or 3 hours of time and you're done.
