i just currently started installing the air dog 2 on my 2007. 5 1 ton and got everything finished up. when i went to bleed the air out. there is no fuel being pushed up to the injector pump. we went through everything from the tank to the motor and there is nothing missing. i noticed though that the fuel in and the engine ports are tight as hell but still have about 4 or 5 threads showing. i am afraid to try and tighten them down anymore to avoid cracking anything. just figured i would ask the pros on this type of thing since most of yall are running it and obviously yours are working right lol. thank you.
 
Anything fuel related, give Richard at GDP (glacier diesel power) a call. He will help you whether you purchased from him or not, if you did not, next time you may...
 
thank you for that i didnt get around to calling him but i will make sure to keep his name in mind if anything comes up. come to find out the pump motor was air locked. i turned the motor on and pushed air into the gas tank with a compressor and it knocked the air lock right out. now it runs like a champ. thank you though.
 
Do you know how the pump got air locked? I just purchased a Airdog II 165 and was reading the instuctions were say to only prefill the water seperater filter and to air bleed at the cp3 pump do you think that is the best way? Also about how long did the install take I was going to block a whole day for this little project.
