I just installed an AirDog in my '99 a couple weeks ago. I just cut the supplied rubber hose about a foot behind the ip and put in a tee with the correct nipples; clamped the hoses on and screwed on the existing pressure sender-no changing the wires and cheap. . I was very impressed with the quality of the kit-what's your opinion? Toughest part of installation was getting the return line off the tank. . Getting 2 hands, flashlight just right, mirror, m' head,(all the while getting stuck in the back with the sharp dually attaching bolts stickin' my back) all in there at the same time was tough. . Tried all sorts of tricks, then came up with the instant fix. . I got in there with a heavy duty scissors and it squeezed them little clips so I could pull off the hose-'bout 10 seconds worth...
14 PSI idle, 13 @ WOT-with 300HP injectors and Edge Comp on 5. . I put all this on at the same time(whilst I awaited the new VP44 to arrive). . I had taken truck out for a test drive after putting on Comp (still all stock)-4 smiles, 3 WWOOOWWSS!!! , 2 shifts, and 1 fried VP44 later and my 10 second buzz was over as I waited for somebody to come along to rescue me-what a time to leave the phone behind... Budweiser fueled Ferd driver to the rescue-what a tow!!!
