I installed the Air Dog system on my truck 1. 5 weeks back and wanted to share my experience. First things first, I saw the ad in my issue of TDR and called Air Dog. I was given the cell phone # to Larry Crawford of AD. He took the time to explain to me how it worked, install procedures, what to expect out of the product. He took my order over the phone then and there. I received my kit a few days later, read the instuctions, had a few questions to ask so I called Larry at 8:00 PM on a Wed. night, as usual he answered the phone and was happy to answer my questions and advise me on what to look out for during installation. ( the fuel line release clip is a breeze once instructed how it releases ). Installation was very straight forward with no suprises other than 1 mounting bolt difficult to get in. After installation I drove for a couple days and noticed my truck no longer starved for fuel with my TSTCR set on higher levels. I noticed a leak at the fitting which screws into the injector pump. Once again, I called Larry. This time it was on a Sun. He said he had an updated fitting and would send it out. Not only did he send it out he sent a spare and shipped it Next Day Air at his expense.
Overall it has been a very good experience with an aftermarket manufacturer. Too often today once you buy something you are forgotten and customer service is non-existant. Larry is an asset to Air Dog and an all around nice guy. Also a Dodge/Cummins owner.
