I installed a new air dog 150 last weekend and it hasn't worked right for me yet. Pressure is too high, 23-24 PSI. I have since had everything apart, checked and rechecked everything in the system, and have determined that everything is installed correctly. I decided to try cutting the spring down a little at a time to see if i could reduce the pressure going to the VP. This worked a little, got it down to 20 at idle but now it drops Pressure like a rock at WOT.

I have tried contacting Air dog via PM on TDR, E-mail through there website, and telephone with little luck on a response. At this point I am unhappy with both the system and their customer service. #@$%!

Sorry for the rant, I have just always heard good things about air dog, so i'm a little suprised about this.

I called and got another spring (I actually wanted a higher pressure then what was preset). Call them. Every time I called, I got to talk to a live person, and got answers and parts promptly.

I recently installed an AirDog on my truck and packaged in the box along with all the fittings and brackets was a single spring that is supposed to be for a different pressure setting. Im not entirely sure whether that spring would raise or lower pressure, but none the less i received an extra spring in the kit. Maybe recheck the box the AirDog came in for an extra spring. . and if its not there, they do make springs for different pressures. Good Luck!

Their customer service sucks. I called and talked to a live person who gave me the number to answer guys, called them twice a week for a month (2 different numbers for 2 different guys) and never got one call back.

I have and air dog and it is running about 18psi for the last couple of years, I could not ask for better customer service and help then I got every time I called. Talked with Mr. Dog himself several times. ED

They did send me an additional spring in the kit, but its for higher pressure, i need lower.

Didn't have any luck getting a hold of any one with the phone calls, but i did finally get an e-mail response. They are going to send me a few different springs to try. Hope one of them works

Did you ever get your situation fixed? Sounds to me like you have to much pump (AirDog) and not enough fuel demand. With what you have listed only the 100 is necessary. Your return flow back to the tank is going to be very high having that 150 on there. Which is going to cause that small amount of pressure increase.
