PE Comp Failing?

its getting time for new tires and i can't afford a lift so what looks the best on a 4x4 quad cab short bed all stock and what not? A guy told me 34's would fit and not rub but a few people told me the 285's will look the best. Any input on what looks the best or what i should get cause these dinky 265's just won't cut it anymore. Thanks

My air filter question is, i have been thinking of getting the aem brute force. Heard good things and for the price it seems like a good deal at $230. Any input on this and keep in mind i am on a budget some what, so the afe is out of the question and everything over $300 is out of the question. Is the aem going to be a good choice for me?

We'll be able to better fit a tire if we know the truck...

Typically, a 35" will fit the 3rd gens, a 33" will fit the 2nd gens with no lift and slight rubbing of the upper control arm...

You will always find debate in the type of filter to run...

I have the TOYO "OPEN COUNTRY" 285's on my truck, and they look very nice, and they also ride well, and do not make noise.

As too the air filter remember this. No filter element will provide a great del of air flow, but the ability to remove dirt will be gone! So when you look at the aftermarket filters, ask "What will this filter remove in terms of dirt particle"? About all you here is how much air flow they provide.

You can get a real good "Drop in" filter that will allow high air flow, as well as the ability to remove dirt for a lot less than $300. 00!
