Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Changed the air filter today for the first
time(12000 miles). While wiping out the air filter box before installing the new filter
noticed the fender intake tube was not making a tight connection with the box. Tried setting the flange inside the box and that didn't work. Is this intake tube supposed to be loose? Should I just remove it and draw air from the engine compartment?
