Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Air Filter

Been spending a lot of time searching for answers to questions. Not being too diesel knowledgable (yet), I figure some simple rules to diesels apply such as the easier air goes in and comes out, the better it is. I am going to get a 4 inch exhaust system and am wondering about the air box/filter. I have read about an Amsoil High flow filter that fits in the stock box. Can anyone tell me the part number for that? This something I have to gradually sneak up on the wife, the cockpit noise that is. . She let me spend as much $$$ on my Jeep as I wanted, but this time she has some say so. Like she says, her name is on the loan, too. She doesn't really care much about bombs as long as its driveable, but she wants the noise level to be comfortable. Hey, gotta keep my rib happy!!

P. S. Yes, I would like a mega cannon or BHAF, and that will be in the near future... Gotta go, here she comes!!!!

Cheap airbox mods

1) Pull the snorkle between the fender and airbox

2) Drill 1"-2" holes in the bottom of the box, I have 4 in mine.
