A single Grover Stutter horn is more than adequate to clear
intersections. I've been using one for about two years now and it worth every penny I paid for it. I've got mine under the
radiator crossmember mounted traversly. It's tight against the
crossmember and higher up than the front bumper so it's protected from road debrie and TOTALLY out of sight too... .
The bell is pointed toward the drivers side and slightly down so water doesn't collect, and since it's NOT under the hood, the sound doesn't reverberate back into the cab, it goes where it's suppose to. Into the ears of mindless drivers!! Ahh, life is good.....
I'm also using one of my dive pony bottles for the air supply,
30 cu. ft. @ 3000psi. lasts about 3 months or so. Feel free to
e-mail me for more info. I truly think at times, the air horn does more good that the lights and siren... ... .....
