Air intake / Filter recommendations.... Which one?

Hello Everybody,

Well..... I've been searching, reading and looking as to what I should buy for a air filter / intake set-up. Here's my problem... When I bought the truck it came with the K&N tube/filter set-up... . I want to ace it and go with a dry filter set-up. I know the PSM set-up is nice but I do not have any of the original plumbing tubes, airbox and related items. I dont feel like sourcing out bits and pieces, I'd rather buy a kit and install it. So, Which one... I am stuck between AFE and AEM. I cant use the Injen/Amsoil kit as it uses some of the stock plumbing which I dont have. I've done some mods and more are on the way so I'd like to have some flow moving through. I was under the impression that Pete could sell you a complete kit from modded airbox to cold air piping and cool hose. You might need to order the Progaurd 7 seperatly.

Since you already have the K+N setup have you thought about just attaching an AFE filter to it?

from what i have read here and in the magzine, stock is the way to go unless you are tractor pullin...
