You did not say whether they are the super air lifts which support 5000 lbs or the lower limit. I have the supers and I have had 3000lbs on stone in the bed with no problems. I also pull a large 5th wheel and they have worked fine. They have been on for a little over a year with lots of use.

I have the 5000lb air lift bags on mine. I haul a slide-in camper (3000lbs dry) and at times, tow over 12,000 lbs.

I have not had any problems at all with the air bags since I installed them a year ago.

Ditto here. Work great and last a long time. I've been pulling my 10,000 lb tag race trailer since April every weekend with no problems.

Harry: I used the AirLifts for 5 years and about 100,000 miles total and 50,000 miles with my camper (see sig). There was a fair amount of off road 4x4 driving also. During that time I had 3 of the bracket bolts break. I replaced them with grade 8 fine thread bolts. No problems other than that.

Keep a few spare bolts in the truck and inspect the brackets often if you are running heavy or off road.

BTW: I switched to a Timbren suspension this month. I can't report on it yet as I've not run with a load since the switch.
