Experience and recommendations for an air ride hitch or air ride pin box? Pulling a 40', 28,000 lb fifth wheel with an FL 60 which already has an air ride suspension. . . looking for feed back. Thanks in advance.

I have an easy rider air ride hitch. I love it and would buy another one in a minute! All the advertisement is true and then some. You would have to try it to feel the difference.

I have an air ride hitch on my 41 foot toy hauler. RIDES LIKE A DREAM!! Air Ride Technologies is where it is from. (Selling my 5vr too!!if anyone is interested)

Air Ride Hitch

I went the other way and Installed a Mor/Ryde pin box works great. Tow a 39ft Avion with Mor/Ryde also, and the Ram has Mor/Ryde. Got about 80k on the set up. Just my 2 cents Clem Oo.

OK, I have a Trail Air pin box on my Teton, Did it help the ride quality?? Yes... and No. Cushioned the ride, definately, front to rear "chucking" got a little worse. Possibly because I also lifted the coach 2. 5 ". Best scenario i have read about is, air ride hitch/MorRyde pin box combo. MorRyde deaks with the front to rear while the air hitch handles the up and down. May dump my Trail Air and go with the MorRyde for the IH 4700. Best of both worlds, albeit a little more expensive IMHO.

I bought the Demco hitch made in Iowa. It is now standard on all Hitchhiker 5vrs and I love it. I can hardly tell trailer is back there and it was definitly cheaper then the airrides.
