I finally received my seats(www.seatsinc.com) CL67LE yesterday!!

The only problem is that I just had shoulder surgery last week. and it will be a while till I can get them installed!!!

I will be collecting the extras I need for the install: seat belts, bracket material, air system (Kilby) and various fittings, hoses, etc.

They are real comfy, at least on the shop floor!!!!

Which one did you get? I didn't see any seats that had a low profile suspension system. Do they make one specifically for our trucks? Any pics?

Seat belts...

Please tell us more about how the seatbelts work with the air seats. I have the cab mounted belts in my '94 and the thought of an air seat under them just sounds PAINFUL! :{

Thanks for the link Eric!!

The seat belts will be attached to the seats and the shoulder harness (H style) will be mounted to the crossmember that is located where the B pillar would normally be.

The CL67LE is low profile.

When I can use my arm a little better I will try to post some photos.

H-style. Is that a 4-point? Sorry for the remedial questions, but I am interested in this conversion too.

I just finished the shoulder harness mounting today. I need to remove it and paint and reinstall.

I decided to replace my carpeting with heavy vinyl flooring and it should be here on Tues. www.auto-interior.com

I will try and get some photos tommorrow of the mounting before I remove everything to install the flooring.

You have to get the dimensions of the bases you are looking at and then adapt them to your seats. The fully collapsed and fully extended measurements are important, because of the limited ceiling height of our trucks. I had to call and get the info I needed on my particular seats. Their lo profile bases should work.

I have some photos in my readers rig showing the harness mounts.

I'll update them when I finish.

I see that I need to experiment with the photo sizes to make them clearer.

Bob,

I'd love to see some larger pics of your truck. Looks like nice quality fabrication work. I'd like to get a better look at the center console too.

I'm trying to get a better guality dig camera. Mine is only a 2. 1 meg, approx 4 years old!!! Also we are starting to get a little more daylight and hopefully I can get the truck outside and get better photos
