Airbag light on and no a/c?

2006 Ram 2500 auto trans, Cummins. Airbag light came on and a/c light went off and no cold air, sometimes when I restart truck the airbag light comes back on after a few seconds and no air. A few times it was all good no light and ac worked fine for around a20 min drive then when i restart light was back on, Is the TIPM bad? I reset once by disconnecting both batts and tieing pos and neg together for 24 hrs removed tipm and it worked no problem for a few weeks then problem came back and I cannot reset it anymore i get same airbag light no matter how long i keep cables together and tipm removed,??please help.

I’m not sure a TIPM runs these two components or not. Time to search for a wiring schematic.
