The 14 cm housing may be hurting you a little, what kind of boost are you making on the 6-7% grade when your EGT's are 1350°?
Under light load the lower boost and higher EGT is normal, but you should be able to pull lower EGT's and more boost on the hills with that turbo if your fueling is the same as before.
How and why would the 14 cm housing be hurting me? Is it too big and doesn't spool up or is it too small and presents to much flow restriction?
I have only made one trip up the hills, so I don't remember exactly what the boost was. I do recall thinking it should be a lot more since the turbo wastegate is supposed to be factory set at 40 psi. I think it was around 10-12 psi.
I am gonna crawl around underneath the truck tomorrow and make sure all the boost hoses are intact and clamps tight.
