I have a couple of questions for all you AirDog owners out there.

I finished installing the AirDog system on my 2004. 5 truck and will say it's well built and worth every penny that was used in the purchase.

I kept the stock pickup tube in the tank for now, I will change out with more upgrades down the road.

I noticed having Spooled-Up's Vent kit on the truck not having to cut the stock filler tube for the return line. Return line was there just caped off from the vent kit.

Ran the 1/2 fuel line up to the front from the AirDog and noticed it ties in through a supplied adaptor that reduces the size of the line down.

Before installing the adapter I looked down the orfis where the adapter was mounting and it's even smaller than the adapter is reducing it to.

My question is has anyone drilled out this orfis to make it bigger?

I left the stock fuel line incase of troubles down the road, but the dam hose keeps peculating the remaining fuel in the line on the garage floor.

Tried blowing air through the line to clear it out with no luck.

Has anyone come up with something to put over the ends to keep it preserved and clean?

When I installed an AirDog on my 2003, I removed the lift pump and put the tank end of the stock fuel line into a can to catch the fuel left in the line. I blew out the line with compressed air and then capped the two ends of the stock fuel line. I used a rubber cap that I got from NAPA and a hose clamp on the engine side. I used a plastic cap that came with the fittings for the AirDog and electrical tape on the tank end. I have never had any problems with fuel spilling from the stock line. I kept the stock fuel line in place just in case I needed it but I have never had to use it. My dealer didn't void my warrantee for this mod. I am running the fuel from the AirDog through the stock fuel filter for extra filtering. Ekstam gave me the fitting to connect the 1/2 inch line to the stock fuel filter so that I still could use it.

Where did you get your AirDog from? I was informed that Ekstam got bought by Pure Flow Technologies but I have not been able to find any info. on this company on the internet?
