NEED 5th wheel hitch

Has anybody out there ever seen the airfoil on that red 3500? I pull a 5er and I'm wandering how efficient this might be. In any event it does look cool.

My bug line on my 5th is about 8" above the cab roof. I gotta get a wing, the wind resistance is a killer at 75, 24 -30# boost even down hill to maintain speed, fuel mileage sucks. I can just about measure head wind by maintained boost pressure.

Gong to order a Taylor Wing tomorrow, the60SDO. Since I have a short bed I am going to use the mounting rails that bolt to the roof. My trucks are always worthless when I try to sell them any way. Same truck is more valuable than gold if I was looking to buy one like it.

I have the oversized chicken slide from taylor. I love it. It works,I bought it when I had a tag-a-long,now on the 5er it is super. I have the stainless steel with the bed mount rail kit. No holes in roof and very secure. I think even with the short bed it would still work,I leave the rack on and just put the wing on when I am trailering. I did not put it on this past weekend,200 mile trip. Up there I was empty and brought trailer home from the farm. I will never pull again without it. I thought it would hurt mileage without a trailer. I made some extra brackets to let it lay down more without a trailer. I was a little lazy and wanted to see the difference. From now on it will be there when I pull my trailer. Cleaning the trailer is a lot better as the bugs don't hit the trailer nearly as much. I bought the big one and figured I could lower it if needed but could'nt put it higher if I had the short one. My wifey and I can take it off the hangers in the garage and be ready to go in 15 minutes at the most.
