Has anyone heard of or seen an adapter of some sort that attaches to the valve stem of the outer wheel on a dually? Not all gas stations have a dual wheel chuck on their air hose and airing up the outer wheel is a PITA when you have to run the air hose from the inside wheel through one of the holes to access that inward facing valve stem.

There are several possibilities. The best is to use bendable valve stems when the tires are installed and point them out on the outer wheels. Next is flexible extensions which can be had in rubber, steel braid and with or without inner cables to use the valves in the normal stems instead of valves at the end of the extentions (so that tire doesn't go flat if extention is cut, loose or otherwise damaged. ) My current solution is 285/75-16E tires which will carry 7500lbs on SRW without the hassle of duals. That doesn't help with my other trucks and heavy trailers though. Stems are the only help there and duals remain a PITA.
