Anyone watch this show on A&E about Southwest Airlines ticket/customer service agents and passengers?
Today I watched it and there was a guy in a wheel chair looking to go from LA (I think) to El Paso. He seemed to be just sad and desparate to get home.
He had a problem with getting on the flight for some reason and didn't want to wait two more hours for his flight. He said he was injured in Afghanistan and was on his way back to home. Something like "I served my country and this is the thanks I get?"
Well, few minutes later they call his dad. They explain the situation and his dad said, "No, he fell off the roof and had a hip replacement. "
I cracked up laughing! So did the airline employee. They let him go and when they panned the camera back on him he was laughing. Maybe he knew he got caught lying!
Anyway, funny show, funny people.
