Aisin Auto Woes

2016 3500 DRW w/Aisin transmission. Latest updates, service etc all done.

Taking cattle to the sale yard a few weeks back about 14Klbs, and transmission started shifting funny. Gears 1,2,3 started stretching out much longer before shifting. Definitely caught my attention anyways. Didn't happen again until a few days ago but I was empty, no trailer. Any ideas? 100K miles on truck.

Possibly a harness issue, possibly shift solenoids.
Is the check engine light on? Codes?

no codes. Sorry I wish I could explain it better. Let's say I take off from a stop, that first gears will hold longer than it should before eventually moving into 2nd. Then 2nd will do the same, and sometimes 3 will lag before shifting.

You should be on your 3rd fluid and filter change by now, when was the fluid changed last?

All transmission service is up to date and I change the filter every time. I run the truck in tow/haul w/ brake on 100% of the time.
