Aisin Gear Whine?

In my truck at about 77-78mph there is a high pitched gear whine. It's noticable, but not real loud. Goes away below or above that speed. Anyone else noticed that? Keep in mind I have 4.10 gears.

What year Ram do you have? Some of the early model 4th gen's has some improper R&P setups.

Sorry I thought I filled out my sig line. It's a '13, whine is coming from the trans, not the rear end.....................

Drive train noise can be hard to pinpoint, it can travel (noise/resonance). I would pull the diff cover and or drain the t-case, if 4x4, looking for contamination.
