Running commercially.......I’m extremely partial towards quietness. After running somewhat close to 11 hours driving time spread out over a 14 hour day......quiet is good.

I hear some of these “Yee haws” ripping up and down the road, and wonder if they could handle a 14 hour day with all of that racket....

My Ram 93 W250 Cumins was straight piped; 2000 Ram 2500 had BD exhaust, 2002 Ram 3500 started with BD, then straight piped with stacks; 2003 Ram 2500 had an Aeroturbine, which was effectively straight piped, 2009 Ram 4500 deleted, straight piped and had stacks. We live in the country so you could hear these trucks a long ways away.

So much fun.... of course all had modified audio systems for cabin sound management.

We did a 377 mile road trip Monday from Western Washington East over Stevens Pass, North along the Columbia River and back West over North Cascades Pass.
