alarm disable

Hi

does anyone know how to disable the alarm system on a laramie 2500 04. 5 model ctd . i still want to be able to lock and unlock by remote control but the alarm goes off as soon as a train goes by (every 3 hours),so swithching off seems to be my only option .

I think if you adjust the shock sensor in your truck, it should be under your knee buster, but that should take care of that problem. I think the train trips your sensor because its too sensitive.
