Sorry for the delay. I've been out of town.
I purchased the Crimestopper CS2011 with the remote start. I don't have the keyless entry on my truck. I do have electric door locks and purchased a door lock harness kit with the required relays built right into it. You may not need the kit as your keyless entry probably has relays already in place. There is a output from the alarm that will trigger the keyless entry system.
The hardest part was getting the remote start to work properly. I had to use a relay to get the proper signal from the "wait to start" light . I believe it is a negative trigger and I needed a positive one so I used the relay to reverse it. They have good online pictures on how to wire relays and change polarity.
The alarm has a tach less mode that is supposed to sense the starter's current draw and disengage the starter when the engine starts. It works fine when the outside temp is warm but when the grid heaters are needed it will shut the truck off after it starts. Must have something to do with the extra current draw messing it up. The tach wire that they recommended using did not work for this particular alarm. I did some investigating and found a signal the alarm could recognize located on one of the connections at the alternator. I just hooked it up today and will test it tomorrow.
This particular alarm does not have all the relays built into it that you may need. I had to install 4 or 5 to power the circuits to flash parking light, turn on the interior dome light, lock doors, etc. It may actually be cheaper to buy a higher priced alarm that has all the relays built in. I know it will save time installing it. It took me a considerable amount of time to figure everything out and get it working like I wanted it to. Its a great addition to my truck and I love it.
