Yeah, buddy! I have a good friend who lives near Wasilla, He was down here for Christmas. He mentioned, when he got home there was "alot of snow" to move. He wasnt specific. I'll ask him! GregH

We ought to get him to run fer POTUS:-laf, Anybody that can handle that much snow and raise a family has got to have their act together:D! GregH

The winter of '66-'67 was a bad one in south eastern Montana. That spring, my dad and I were checking fence when we run across a deer carcass in the top of a 70 ft. pine tree. It was growing in the bottom of a small canyon that we figured had been blown level with snow. I guess trying to cross on top of the snow he fell through the crust and got stuck.

Tractorat, Anybody live on Mt Rainier? GregH

:-laf:-laf Was thinking the same thing 14,000 feet is pretty high to live in the mountains

MT snows do get bad my FIL has some pic's of when he and the MIL built their house In Seeley they lived in a TEE PEE and built the house and went to work everyday. The TEE PEE was covered with snow and all you could see was the top of the poles that crossed and the flap that covered the door. that's pretty deep snow considering that TEE PEE is 20 plus ft tall at the top

Plus that poor town was bracing for another hit this week. We should all get together and send them our SNOW shovels as they don't have any available to move the snow, we don't need them this year, NO SNOW, DRY&DUSTY.

Come on Ken I would be embarrassed :-laf That's cold for you guys!!! ours is in the teens at nite and low to mid 30's in the day. Still the guys in AK are laughing at us.

There is a heat wave going on. I talked to my aunt in "Frostbite Falls" Mn the other night. She says its been above zero most of the time this year. She likes it when it gets below minus 20 degrees. Those crazy Minnesotans.
