Alberta BOMBers - let's do lunch

PK, please feel free to join us. We seem to be a bunch of guys with very diverse backgrounds who share an interest in diesel trucks. Some have a lot of hands-on experience and do a fair bit of BOMBing to the Cummins and some are very happy with stock power. All of us are always willing learn and that's why we get together for a BEvERage every now and then. No politics, just good clean truck talk. Send me or jhansen a PM or email if you want more information. We are going to meet in Edmonton on Saturday, November 9th for lunch.

Hey TH-I could see a road trip up to GP at some point in time... ... . but realistically not at least until spring from my point of view. Winter is usually fairly busy for me so I go into hibernation mode for a few months..... this year I'm gonna be in withdrawal as I got seriously into golf in the late summer and I seem to have run out of course time about the time I started making serious progress ... .....



I think I remember seeing a post from you PK about the Calgary thing... ... . after I got back from the city..... I bailed out early Friday morning and never got back to my computer until Monday night. That's my bad..... sorry. By all means join us in Edmonton on the 9th. Like Marc said, either PM him or me-or my Hotmail address is posted near the top of this post.



Marc should be mailing out the directions to his house here ASAP. I will forward it on to everybody I contacted. If you're interested in coming and you haven't received this email from either one of us get hold of us ASAP. Depending on how things go I may see if us southern folk want to BOMBvoy up together... ... I can hook up with 2 as far south as Olds. We'll talk about that as the date gets closer-although I guess it's only 2 weeks away now. Hoping to have my fuel supply problem resolved by then so I can hold my head up a little anyways.....

Hey J-I dropped you an email there when we first started planning this thing but I think your wife must be censoring your mail to keep you from being corrupted by individuals such as myself ... ... . I have a pretty good idea what you want to chat about as the Wee One mentioned something as well..... but I will drop you another email here tout suite (that's French for right away-see what a well-rounded individual I am? ).....



To everybody else-I have located the last set of instructions that Marc gave me to get to his house (I throw nothing away generally-have a look at my bedroom/office sometime for proof ) and will be mailing out to all my contacts ASAP... ... .

Tried to create an ABC group in my email program but it's disappeared into the electron vortex so I'm working off a handwritten piece of paper I started putting together before the Diesel Dyno Stampede... ...

Was a good time J-eh... ... can't remember off the top of my head the exact # in attendance but I think we estimated at 20 or so? Lots of trucks at Marc's place beforehand as well. Think the north end of the table solved pretty much all of the world's problems but I never got the chance to administer the test to prove that!



Trip home was not that much fun-although it could have been worse. Found out last night I missed being in the middle of a fatality accident by 5 minutes or so... ... .
