Alcoa rims on a DRW 3500

I have the same setup and posted on this before. The first rotation. At 5k was done according to the book and was swapping the tires side to side. The next rotation will have the tires broken down and go thru a full 6 tire rotation which will cost $15.00 per wheel. This hopefully will allow the tire life of 55,000+ miles I was able to achieve on the last two sets of tires on my 03.

Pay close attention of rounded edges of my rear tires on the right side. These came off the front after rotation. Front tires will always have this roundness due to constant turning. If you don't periodically move front tires to rear your total set will not last as long.

My rears wear FLAT and even with 45 solo and 60 towing. The fronts are even with a more rounded look. I run the fronts at 80 solo or towing. With 20K on the Michelin MS2's they are wearing very well compared to the stock General POS tires that came on it.

I noticed that you have two Alcoa wheels back to back. Is that the case, and are the studs long enough, how much cleaning does it take to restore the shine?
