Alcoa Wheels

Ordered a new 04. 5 SLT 3500 SRW CC auto LB with alloy wheels, when it arrived it had chrome wheels. Talked to person who placed order, he said alloy meant nothing to him. If I wanted alloy wheels I should have said aluminum wheels. Negoated a discount too late to order another truck (no rebate on 05).



Ordered a set of ALCOA wheels , no offset info listed. Had a set on my early 94 2500 2wd they hung out 1/2" further, fit nice. On the 04. 5 they hung out side the fender 1 1/2", ended up instaling Bushwaker flairs.

On the 04. 5 they hung out side the fender 1 1/2"

Thanks for the heads up, I was afraid of that, too bad Alcoa dropped all the bucks on tooling for a wheel that needs flares. I would have bought Alcoa's.

If you're going to sell something, know what you're selling. I hate dealing with morons. Doesn't it say "alloy" right on the window sticker?
